You have the right to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before arrival and you have the right to modify the reservation at least 24 hours before arrival (the reservation starts from 15:00).
If a booking was made with a credit card, a new invoice due to a cancellation or modification can be sent to the contact person mentioned in the reservation.
You will receive a refund on your bank account or credit card. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours after arrival or if you do not arrive at the hotel, we will charge you for one day and your entire reservation will be cancelled. A group reservation is subject to different terms and conditions.
NOTE! Bookings made through Booking.com or other booking channels must be changed or cancelled in the same way as the booking was made. Usually through their own pages.
