Is it possible to check-in earlier?

The check-in time is from 15:00 onward, depending on the availability it is possible to check-in in earlier by asking from the reception or from our customer service.

Later check out?

Check-out is at 12:00 when the door codes are no longer active. Depending to the availability, later check-outs are a possibility. Just ask from the reception.

How do I check-in and check-out?

If you have booked through our websites, you have gotten an email to the email address given. In that email, there is the room number and the door code. You do not have to check-in at the reception. Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

Check-out is at 12:00. The code will be deactivated at 12:00. You do not need to check-out separately.

In case you have reserved the room through another channel; Booking.com, Expedia etc. and you haven’t gotten the door code or the room number, please check-in at the reception.

Why does Citi Inn have different room prices on different days?

Room rates at Citi Inn will change according to demand. Although Citi Inn’s pricing is the cheapest in the market, there are days when demand is lower than in other days. In such situations we can offer rooms at a reduced price. At the time of the events, however, prices are likely to be somewhat higher. It is therefore advisable to book the room well in advance.

Can I modify or cancel my room reservation?

You have the right to change or cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before arrival (the reservation starts from 15:00). If a booking was made with a credit card, a new invoice due to a cancellation or modification can be sent to the contact person mentioned in the reservation.
You will receive a refund on your bank account or credit card. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours after arrival or if you do not arrive at the hotel, we will charge you for one day and your entire reservation will be canceled. A group reservervation is subject to different terms and conditions.

NOTE! Bookings made through Booking.com or other booking channels must be changed or canceled in the same way as the booking was made. Usually through their own pages.

What do I do if my door code doesn’t work or I lost it?

If your door code doesn’t work or you have lost it, contact the reception staff at the reception or call our customer service number, phone number 010 666 2114.

Where can I park my car?

The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but near the hotel there is the entrance to P-Hämppi parking lot, there is also P-Tullintori parking lot near the hotel. The parkings cost.

How do I get in touch with the staff?

Our reception is open from 15:00 to 22:00. Our customer service answers calls from 08:00 to 22:00, phone number +358106662114. In not so urgent matters, you can contact us via the contact form.

We have a lift at the hotel and the hotel has 4 wheel-chair accessible rooms (double/twin rooms).

How long does it take to receive refunds?

Refunds will be displayed within 2-10 days depending on the booking channel and payment used.

Can the reservation be invoiced?

Unfortunately invoicing is not possible for private individuals.

Companies can make reservations with an invoice, the credit information will be checked prior to reserving.
